Is my request a confirmed booking?
No. Our staff checks availability and your consultation, then provides the final time and price. The booking is confirmed by staff after you agree.
Is removal included?
Yes. Removal with a new set is included in all three course prices, with no price difference if you do not need removal. We check your nail condition and the time required.
How do I pay?
Pay at the salon. There is no online prepayment. Please confirm available payment methods and card brands with us before your appointment is confirmed.
Can I consult in English?
Reference photos help us understand your wishes. Please confirm language and translation-tool support with us before booking. The online form is available in English; fluent English-speaking staff are not guaranteed.
Can I send photos?
After submitting a request, email your reference photos or current nails with your booking reference. There is no photo upload in the form.
What if I need to change, cancel or arrive late?
Reply to the salon’s email as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to change or be cancelled. There is no online advance charge.
Can I fit this around my travel plans?
Tell us your required departure time in the consultation. Duration depends on removal, nail condition and design, so please allow extra time.
